Staples Retail Sales Supervisor

Lead retail sales at Staples by coaching customer engagement and driving store performance through strong communication and operational focus.
As a Sales Supervisor, you will guide associates, support customer solutions, and help build relationships that encourage future business. You will serve as a keyholder and leader on duty while supporting store programs, training, and standards. The position requires retail sales experience and supervisory accountability.
Key Responsibilities:

Coach associates on the store selling model
Maximize sales while assisting customers with solutions
Communicate flyer and promotional items effectively
Set and execute sales goals with store leaders
Open and close the store safely as keyholder
Requirements:

Three or more years of retail sales experience
Technology sales experience preferred
One to two years of supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication skills with customers and associates
Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities
Bring retail leadership, sales execution, and customer engagement skills to Staples as a Sales Supervisor and keyholder.
