As Service Manager at Cascades Casino, you will oversee shifts, support dining room operations, and maintain Match standards. You will promote events and products while assisting with social and traditional marketing assets. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise shifts and employee and guest functions
Achieve restaurant financial and performance goals
Train employees in food handling and service standards
Manage opening, closing, cash-outs, and sales reporting
Enforce Smart Serve and alcohol regulations
Requirements:
Three years supervisory experience in high-volume full-service dining
Knowledge of the food and beverage industry
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Ability to obtain Category 1 AGCO Gaming License
Point of Sale and computer software experience
