This department manager oversees daily operations within a store department and supports sales and profitability goals. You will train associates in customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising while maintaining operational standards. The position also coordinates replenishment, expenses, and store-wide communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations for the Natural Value department
Maintain merchandise stocking, displays, pricing, and replenishment
Train, coach, and motivate department associates
Monitor sales, profitability, inventory, and departmental expenses
Maintain clean, safe, inclusive, and operationally compliant standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
Previous retail management experience, preferably departmental or specialty retail
Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends
