Electrical Distribution Customer Service Associate

Support contractor customers with electrical products and orders as a Customer Service Associate at Dixon Electric, using accurate communication every day.
Dixon Electric’s Customer Service Associate handles requests across the counter, phone, and email. This position combines customer support with order picking, entry, pricing, and maintenance. You will support sales colleagues, manage product-related issues, and keep counter-area inventory levels maintained. Electrical industry experience or equivalent knowledge is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to contractor product and material needs through multiple channels
Process customer service requests from entry through order maintenance
Provide sales team support for customer orders and requests
Manage defective product and return concerns
Keep counter stock and product levels current
Requirements:
Two to four years electrical industry experience or equivalent knowledge
At least one year of warehouse experience
Accurate work habits with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds and become forklift trained
Use electrical distribution knowledge, order accuracy, and customer service expertise to support Dixon Electric’s contractor clientele.
