Build automotive finance skills with DRIVEN Auto Group in Newmarket, Ontario, using customer communication and organized follow-up. This full-time role is in person.
As a Finance Manager in Training, you will work with customers responding to online vehicle advertisements. You will learn automotive financing through real deals, structured scripts, and guidance from an experienced finance director. The work combines sales, technology, detailed financial paperwork, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Call, text, and email DRIVEN customer inquiries
Follow scripts while keeping conversations personal
Collect application information, licences, and income documents
Enter information and organize customer files
Follow up through selection, approval, and delivery
Requirements:
Strong people skills and sales instincts
Confidence using technology and handling numbers
Attention to detail and organized follow-through
Respect for rules and confidentiality
Coachability, sound judgment, drive, and resilience
