Coordinate package operations in Edmonton with Intelcom | Dragonfly, using sorting, inventory, customer service, and documentation skills daily.
As an Operations Coordinator, you will support last-mile logistics across shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory activities. The work includes processing packages, returns, customer pickups, delivery issues, and operational records. You will also assist warehouse systems, quality standards, and team training.
Key Responsibilities:
Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests
Scan, sort, and process packages, defective items, and returns
Support shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management
Resolve delivery issues by following standard operating procedures
Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
Ability to complete data entry tasks accurately
Ability to follow standard operating procedures
Ability to respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
Ability to maintain organized, hazard-free work areas
Commitment to health and safety protocols
