Autoplan Account Manager ICBC

Serve auto insurance clients as an Autoplan Account Manager at Schill Insurance, using accuracy and clear communication every day. Support a 5-Star client experience through in-person and phone service.
This position welcomes candidates who do not have years of experience. You will guide clients through renewals, vehicle purchases, and complex Autoplan needs while learning insurance systems. The work combines relationship building, transaction accuracy, administrative support, and collaboration. A people-first mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly in person and by phone
Explain coverages and identify gaps or opportunities
Process policies, renewals, changes, transfers, permits, and cancellations
Record transactions accurately according to ICBC standards
Support cash balancing, deposits, supplies, mail, and inventory
Requirements:
Level 1 general insurance license required
Minimum six months of experience
Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn systems
Customer service or administrative experience in a busy environment
Accuracy, adaptability, and a team-first mindset
Bring client service, Autoplan processing, and careful attention to detail to Schill Insurance’s ICBC-focused branch team.
