This Specialist role suits hospitality, retail, beauty, fitness, or clinical reception professionals. You will manage bookings, phone communications, memberships, service upgrades, cash reconciliations, inventory logs, and spa presentation. The work connects luxury front-of-house service with essential back-of-house logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage high-volume client bookings and multi-line phone communications
Drive spa revenue through memberships and service upgrades
Complete daily cash reconciliations and audit inventory logs
Maintain meticulous spa presentation across assigned areas
Coordinate treatment room turnover and premium linen rotations
Requirements:
Absolute reliability and consistent punctuality every shift
Ability to remain composed while managing competing tasks
Strong attention to detail and operational learning mindset
