Design power transmission structures with CIMA+ as a Transmission Lines Engineer-In-Training in a flexible hybrid work mode across Canada.
This engineering position supports CIMA+’s Energy & Resources team on transmission and distribution projects. You will develop technical skills through structural design, studies, reports, estimates, drafting information, and project coordination. Career growth is actively encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage assigned aspects of power transmission line structure projects
Prepare studies, technical reports, and project estimates
Coordinate technicians and draftsmen supporting project delivery
Maintain project planning, files, and administrative follow-up
Visit sites and supervise construction when required
Requirements:

University degree in civil engineering
At least two years of structural design experience
Power transmission line experience considered an asset
Knowledge of PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, or PLS-TOWER
Fluency in spoken and written English
Build transmission line expertise through structural design, project coordination, and technical reporting with CIMA+’s Canadian energy team.
