You will apply customer service best practices, maintain product knowledge, and use BCU platforms confidently. The position also involves referrals, follow-up, and collaboration with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:

Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, cheques, drafts, and renewals
Answer calls about billing, products, services, and member issues
Assist members with ATMs, e-transfers, online banking, and tracing
Initiate cheque orders, cards, stop payments, updates, and statements
Promote financial products and support sales goals
Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred
Experience working with and handling cash
Knowledge of banking products and services
Strong technology skills, including tablet and mobile applications
Microsoft Office, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities
Bring banking knowledge, technology confidence, and service-focused problem solving to Members served by BCU Financial.
