Order Management Quotation Specialist

Manage quotations and orders with ABB in a hybrid Montreal role, using analytical skills, customer communication, and technical attention to detail.
As an Order Management and Quotation Specialist, you will prepare compliant quotes, process purchase orders, and coordinate information across teams. You will support ABB’s ELDS Business Unit while gaining vocational experience through directed tasks. The role reports to the Local Division Controller - ELDS.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and issue accurate customer quotations
Analyze requirements, pricing, specifications, and contractual terms
Process purchase orders in ERP or CRM systems
Coordinate fulfillment with Production, Logistics, and Supply Chain
Communicate order updates and resolve customer issues
Requirements:
Engineering degree, preferably Electrical
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Microsoft Excel and Outlook proficiency
Experience in quotation, order management, or customer service
French proficiency and English for external communication
