Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor

Lead resident care at Seasons in High River as a Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor using nursing assessment and team leadership skills.
This Licensed Practical Nurse supervisor provides high quality nursing care and supports a safe, secure environment for residents, families, and staff. The position guides care staff through ongoing mentoring, education, and direction. It also coordinates resident assessments, service plans, medication administration, and monthly care audits. Experience with seniors in retirement or long-term care is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care using the nursing process
Supervise, mentor, educate, and guide care staff
Assess residents entering Seasons and during transitions
Establish priorities based on individual resident needs
Administer medications and complete monthly care audits
Requirements:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse registration with CLPNA
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Point-Click-Care knowledge considered an asset
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Preparedness to respond to emergencies
Bring nursing care, resident assessment, and supervisory expertise to Seasons residents and care teams in High River.
