As a full-time Pharmacy Assistant, you will process prescriptions, manage inventory, support shipments, and assist customers through the Endor Health app. The company’s mission focuses on modernizing access to drugs, devices, care, funding, and support for Canadians with diabetes. Your work includes patient information entry, medication preparation, and app onboarding assistance. Strong communication and attention to detail are central to delivering online care across multiple software platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process prescription orders accurately
Measure and count medications and prepare labels
Monitor stock, restock shelves, and check inventory
Support customers through in-app chat and phone
Prepare shipments and oversee timely order logistics
Requirements:
Ability to work in person at Surrey pharmacy
Valid authorization to work in British Columbia, Canada
Experience working across multiple software platforms
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Adaptability to changing pharmacy and partner needs
Bring pharmacy accuracy, customer communication, and software skills to Endor Health’s full-time Surrey pharmacy team.
