Full-Cycle Bookkeeper Cross-Border Accounting

Manage full-cycle accounting for Loonie Times Custom Mascots & Plush, supporting Canadian and U.S. financial operations with precision. Use QuickBooks, Sage, and Excel in this full-time position.
This Bookkeeper maintains accurate records across accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, expenses, accruals, and inventory. The position prepares invoices, payments, reconciliations, tax filings, and financial reporting support. It also contributes to budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow tracking, and stronger accounting controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle accounting across Canadian and U.S. operations
Prepare invoices, payroll, payments, and bank reconciliations
Process GST/HST, WSIB, and U.S. tax filings
Maintain accounting data in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar software
Improve processes, controls, efficiency, and cost management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Three to five years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Sage, and Excel proficiency
Understanding of GAAP, multicurrency transactions, and cross-border compliance
Independent, organized, accurate, and effective communication skills
