Key Responsibilities:

Perform activities within education, competency, and assigned supervision levels
Seek consultation and guidance when required during patient care
Communicate respectfully with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Complete clinical documentation according to site policies
Requirements:
Current enrollment in an approved nursing education program
Successful third-year completion or third-year enrollment with 450 clinical hours
Medical-surgical or mental health clinical placement completed
Clinical nursing competencies supporting safe supervised care
Critical thinking, teamwork, communication, and feedback skills
Support Medicine Expansion patients through supervised nursing care, clinical documentation, consultation, and respectful communication in Selkirk.
