Paid Media Account Strategist

Own paid media strategy remotely for Blacksmith Agency, guiding targeting, budgets, and campaign decisions across B2B and growing-brand clients.
As an Account Strategist, you will manage paid media without an SEO split. You will guide Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads across multiple client accounts. The work includes attribution, roadmaps, performance narratives, and account growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage paid media across four stated advertising platforms
Allocate budgets, adjust bids, and refine targeting
Test creative and decide when campaigns should end
Maintain conversion tracking and attribution using GA4
Present roadmaps, performance stories, and account growth plans
Requirements:

At least three years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta
Experience building, running, and optimizing campaigns personally
Demonstrated movement in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline numbers
Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients
Bring paid media ownership, campaign optimization, and client communication skills to Blacksmith Agency's remote strategist team.
