Triangle MasterCard Customer Service Representative
Sportchek
Support Triangle MasterCard members with credit card inquiries, statement questions, and marketing programs through courteous telephone service. Work permanently part-time from Ontario.
The Customer Relationship Contact Centre Representative adapts quickly to varied call types and changing customer situations. This position focuses on account security, accurate information, customer confidence, and exceptional experiences. Six weeks of full-time training runs Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and service customer needs during each interaction
Apply technical, product, and process knowledge
Develop effective workplace relationships
Maintain accurate customer account information
Apply ideas supporting Customers for Life
Requirements:
Demonstrated passion for exceptional customer experiences
Active listening and professional verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and sound decision-making abilities
Minimum one year of relevant customer service experience
Availability for days, evenings, and weekends
