Inside Sales Representative Bearings Hydraulics
Wajax Corporation
Drive telephone sales for Wajax in Charlottetown by creating customer quotes and fulfilling orders for bearings, hydraulics, and related products.
This full-time Inside Sales Representative role supports customers, accounts, and vendors through responsive communication. You will generate sales, recommend products and solutions, and add value through accurate pricing, order support, and customer service. Product knowledge in bearings, mechanical power transmission, process pumps, or hydraulic components is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Create daily customer quotes and expedite orders
Generate repeat sales with timely product information
Determine requirements and recommend specific solutions
Suggest alternatives based on cost, availability, or specifications
Increase order sizes through cross-selling and promotional items
Requirements:
College diploma
Two to three years of related sales support experience
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Knowledge of bearings or hydraulic components is an asset
Completion of ongoing product training
Bring sales support, product recommendation, and order fulfillment skills to Wajax customers and accounts in Charlottetown.
