KeepStock Field Service Associate

Support Grainger KeepStock implementation through field service, inventory data collection, and customer communication in Prince Rupert, British Columbia. This hybrid role offers 32 weekly hours.
As a Field Operations Associate II, you will service multiple customer locations on a designated route. Responsibilities include inventory projects, machine break-fix activities, product staging, relocation, and discontinuation. You will also work with cross-functional partners to execute account strategies and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect accurate inventory information at customer sites
Support KeepStock implementation through territory planning and execution
Perform machine break-fix activities for customer equipment
Stage, label, and organize products at customer locations
Work with sales partners to improve customer experience
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Three or more years in customer service or selling
Ability to handle technical and operational issues
Ability to collaborate with internal and external customers
Valid insured personal vehicle may be required
Bring field service, inventory data, and problem-solving skills to customer sites supporting Grainger’s KeepStock services.
