Backwoods Security Services is seeking an experienced dispatcher to support industrial site security and emergency communications. This position combines computer-based monitoring, telephone and radio communication, accurate reporting, and response coordination. Daily commuting to the site is required, with no camp accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor CCTV cameras, access controls, and security alarms
Coordinate responses to emergency and routine communications
Maintain detailed dispatch and incident records
Manage access and egress for visitors and contractors
Follow site safety and communication procedures
Requirements:

Previous dispatcher experience is mandatory
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office proficiency
Knowledge of radio and telephone procedures
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Minimum five years’ industrial security experience preferred
Use monitoring systems, organized reporting, and clear communications to help maintain a safe, secure industrial site.
