Temporary School Lunchtime Supervisor

Support student safety at Our Lady of Fatima CES in Woodbridge as a Temporary Lunchtime Supervisor with strong communication skills. This role offers five weekly hours.
YORK CATHOLIC DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD seeks a Temporary Lunchtime Supervisor under the School Principal’s direction. Monitor students during lunch while promoting a safe, caring, positive, and friendly environment. Experience with children, a positive demeanor, and confidentiality are important.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise students indoors and outdoors during lunch
Monitor whereabouts and communicate concerns to the Principal
Promote respect, kindness, inclusivity, and positive interactions
Report misconduct and atypical situations to school leaders
Support appropriate play and emergency situations
Requirements:
Less than high school graduation plus additional training or education
Minimum one month of required experience
Good communication skills and positive demeanor
Ability to monitor multiple activities
Experience working with children and attending physical needs
Bring attentive supervision, positive communication, and child-focused support to lunchtime operations at Our Lady of Fatima CES.
