You will assess AI-generated scenarios, recommendations, and case studies, helping improve reasoning about teams, incentives, organizational structure, and complex leadership situations. The work is asynchronous and scheduled independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios
Evaluate reasoning about teams, incentives, and organizational structure
Identify unrealistic assumptions and logical gaps
Provide structured feedback on complex leadership situations
Work independently and asynchronously on your schedule
Requirements:
Three-plus years teaching management or leadership postsecondary
Strong organizational behavior and management theory knowledge
Command of leadership frameworks and decision-making tradeoffs
Comfort critiquing written scenarios and case studies
Self-motivated, deadline-focused, and independently effective
Use leadership instruction, organizational behavior, and decision-making expertise to strengthen AI training through thoughtful evaluation.
