Facilities Maintenance Worker IV

Apply advanced maintenance expertise at Myron Thompson Health Centre, repairing specialized equipment and building control systems on day shifts with on-call duties.
As a Maintenance Worker IV, you will complete complex maintenance and repair work requiring initiative and judgment. You will use supervisory and maintenance experience across Facilities, Maintenance and Engineering. Your work supports operational requirements through preventative maintenance, specialized machine repairs, and system monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform complex maintenance and repair work
Maintain specialized equipment and building control systems
Provide leadership and direction to maintenance staff
Monitor systems and equipment
Resolve escalated operational issues when required
Requirements:
Complete related post-secondary education or technical certification
Hold a fourth-class Power Engineer Certificate where required
Follow applicable standards, regulations, and procedures
Use supervisory or maintenance skills and experience
Work regular full-time days with on-call responsibilities
Bring complex repair, preventative maintenance, and supervisory capabilities to Health Shared Services facilities operations at Myron Thompson Health Centre.
