S.U.C.C.E.S.S. is seeking an Employer Specialist to build and sustain employer partnerships, creating work experiences for youth and supporting successful job outcomes.
You will work with a Case Manager to tailor opportunities, coordinate placements, and provide ongoing youth and employer support. The role requires outreach across Greater Vancouver, coordination with program management, and the ability to conduct interviews and portfolio preparation.
