Methods Department Manager Aerospace
Bombardier
Lead Bombardier’s Methods department with bilingual communication, technical expertise, and flexible or hybrid work where applicable. Manage people, processes, and production support.
As Methods Leader, you will plan, organize, motivate, and supervise twenty salaried employees and Technologists. You will manage human resources, finances, and technology development for a multidisciplinary team. The position supports manufacturing, first article inspection, improvement projects, and operational excellence deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise activities across Methods groups
Manage human resources and department finances
Coordinate manufacturing support for production teams
Lead first article inspection and improvement projects
Control processes connecting departments with external stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or college diploma
Several years’ aerospace industry experience with a college diploma
Excellent management, organizational, and technical skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Bilingual French and English communication
