You will serve clients across varied industries while coaching junior team members and delivering compilation work. The position suits professionals with a CPA designation, or those close to earning one, and public accounting experience in compilations or Assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead compilation engagements across a wide range of industries
Execute compilation engagements for RLB clients
Coach junior team members through engagement work
Work directly with clients to provide service
Apply solution-focused approaches to client assignments
Requirements:
CPA designation or close to completing designation
Public accounting experience in compilations or Assurance
Strong client relationship skills and collaborative mindset
Curiosity-driven approach to learning and problem-solving
Caseware, TaxPrep, and Microsoft Office experience is beneficial
