This Product Education Copywriter creates guest-facing content across product descriptions, packaging, naming, and educational resources. You will explain innovations and technologies through brand-voice writing, editing, and storytelling. The work supports informed decisions across store and online experiences while balancing seasonal projects.

Partner with design, merchants, compliance, and legal
Proofread copy using grammar standards and style guides
Present ideas and follow up on project details
Requirements:
Three or more years of professional copywriting experience
Product education portfolio and writing degree or diploma
Ability to write within a brand voice
Advanced writing, grammar, punctuation, and SEO knowledge
Experience with content systems, databases, spreadsheets, and Flex PLM
Bring product passion, precise editing, and compelling storytelling to lululemon’s guest-facing education across digital and physical touchpoints.
