This hands-on specialist supports production and business applications while monitoring application health and identifying issues. The work includes AI support processes, ticket analysis, technical solutions, stakeholder coordination, and vulnerability remediation. You will help maintain reliable application services across business teams and IT partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Triage incidents and service requests with stakeholders
Monitor application health, servers, logs, and alerts
Debug AI applications and troubleshoot production issues
Perform root cause analysis for high-priority incidents
Communicate updates about outages, deployments, and changes
Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Five-plus years supporting production and business applications
Two years supporting AI applications and monitoring
Experience with Datadog or LangSmith monitoring tools
Knowledge of Python, APIs, Docker, or Kubernetes
