Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Tax

Lead Tax recruitment at BDO using full-cycle sourcing and market intelligence within a blended office, client-site, and virtual model. Fluency in English is essential.
As a Bilingual Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support BDO’s Tax service line across Canada. You will manage specialized recruitment portfolios, advise hiring leaders, and develop proactive sourcing strategies. Your work will connect business priorities with effective talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer and close
Partner with Tax leaders on emerging talent needs
Source specialized talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and networks
Use market intelligence to guide hiring decisions
Improve candidate and hiring leader experiences
Requirements:
Five or more years of progressive talent acquisition experience
Experience managing complex recruitment portfolios and multiple stakeholders
Proven success sourcing passive, specialized candidates
Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
Comfort using Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Copilot
