Phoenix seeks licensed practical nurses and registered nurses for pediatric homecare. You will support children and young adults with complex medical needs while helping families feel comfortable and informed. Paid training and ongoing clinical support are provided, including for nurses new to pediatric care.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled private duty nursing care at home
Support children and young adults with complex medical needs
Bring comfort and build trust with families
Help patients experience milestones and special moments
Deliver patient-centered care with compassion
Requirements:

Current, active Illinois LPN or RN license
Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
Passion for patient-centered care
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to complete provided training
Use pediatric nursing skills, compassion, and clinical judgment to support Phoenix patients and families through meaningful homecare.
