Truck Parts Sales Manager Winnipeg

As Parts Manager, you will oversee direct customer sales and lead employees toward department goals. You will coordinate warranty claims, returns, back orders, inventory, and product categories. The position also includes hiring, onboarding, performance management, and safety communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee counter sales operations and department goals
Lead employees according to FGI customer service standards
Manage warranty claims, returns, credits, and back orders
Coordinate product categories, SKUs, quantities, and obsolete inventory
Conduct meetings addressing safety, productivity, and loss prevention
Requirements:
Three or more years as a parts manager preferred
Demonstrated sales and inventory experience preferred
High-volume customer service experience preferred
Open availability, including Saturdays
Microsoft Office proficiency and strong communication skills
