The Louis Riel School Division seeks an Applied Technology teacher for a term beginning February 8, 2027. The assignment serves Grade 7 to Grade 12 learners and ends April 23, 2027, or one day before the incumbent returns. You will develop instructional and assessment practices centered on student learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Include student voice and choice in learning strategies
Use curriculum knowledge and data to plan instruction
Apply inclusive pedagogy and Indigenous ways of knowing
Use learner-centred assessment data to inform instruction
Collaborate with students, caregivers, and colleagues
Requirements:
Hold a Manitoba Teaching Certificate
Possess a Bachelor of Education with Industrial Arts specialty
Provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
Provide a clear Child Abuse Registry report
Hold Respect In School or Commit To Kids certification
