Healthcare E Learning Designer CLHA

Turn nursing and healthcare expertise into engaging eLearning for CLHA registrants through visual storytelling, ADDIE, and accessible course design. Work hybrid.
As Curriculum Instructional Designer, you create learning materials, activities, assessments, and evaluation tools for LPNs and HCAs. Reporting to the Director, Professional Development, you collaborate with internal teams and use adult learning principles to meet learning needs. Your work supports continuing competence, safe practice, and regulatory alignment through accurate, interactive resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct needs analyses supporting regulatory course outcomes
Design curriculum aligned with standards, policies, and regulations
Develop visual stories, activities, assessments, and eLearning resources
Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and documentation
Mentor colleagues in instructional design processes and techniques
Requirements:
Three years progressive curriculum and eLearning design experience
Three years clinical nursing or related health professional experience
Strong adult learning and instructional design model knowledge
Healthcare curriculum teaching or design experience is an asset
Eligibility to work in Canada and satisfactory reference checks
