Mining Inventory Coordinator Fixed Maintenance
Artemis Gold Inc.
Manage mining maintenance inventory for BW Gold at Blackwater Mine, applying purchasing knowledge and accurate documentation. The permanent role follows a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off schedule.
As Maintenance Parts Coordinator, you will help ensure technicians receive required parts, tools, materials, and supplies. Reporting to the Senior Fixed Maintenance Planner, you will inspect deliveries, coordinate returns, and maintain control of maintenance materials. Microsoft Office, Excel, and enterprise resource planning experience are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect materials against packing slips and purchase orders
Coordinate parts needs with technicians and mechanics
Return defective, excess, or incorrect materials
Pick up and deliver maintenance supplies and tools
Maintain organized material records and documentation
Requirements:
Two or more years in purchasing, inventory, or related work
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Ability to lift or move up to fifty pounds
Support fixed plant maintenance through organized inventory control, delivery coordination, and dependable materials management at Blackwater Mine.
