Bilingual Disability Training Specialist

Lead bilingual training development and delivery remotely from Ontario, using disability case management and adult learning expertise to support customers.
Manulife seeks a Training Specialist for its dispersed national disability management trainers. The role reports to the Associate Manager of Training and Development on the National Best Practices team. You will design learning programs, deliver training across audiences and locations, and support health recovery and return to work.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, analyze, develop, deliver, and support learning programs
Create and maintain training curriculum and materials
Develop recorded online and eLearning modules
Identify training gaps through needs analysis and evaluation
Track training data and report results
Requirements:
Disability case management experience; STD or LTD required
Fully bilingual in French and English
Knowledge of adult learning theories and practices
Experience with remote training delivery
Strong coaching, mentoring, analytical, and relationship skills
