Retail Pharmacy Assistant Manager

Support retail pharmacy operations as an Assistant Manager at Rexall, with emphasis on patient care, merchandising, and staff development. Apply strong communication daily.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will help maintain exceptional store service and pharmacy patient care. The role includes supporting human resource activities, developing subject matter expertise, and following marketing initiatives. You will also assist with budgeted sales, gross profit, EBITDA, inventory, labour, shrink, and expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure exceptional customer service and pharmacy patient care
Assist with recruitment, training, evaluations, and disciplinary procedures
Champion health and wellness product knowledge development
Support loss prevention, health and safety, and merchandising
Assist Front Store Manager with financial and labour targets
Requirements:
Previous retail supervisory experience is required
One to two years’ experience within retail
Ability to multitask and adapt to change
Proven customer service and communication abilities
Previous financial report review and analysis experience
Use retail leadership, patient care, merchandising, and staff development experience to strengthen Rexall’s pharmacy health care service.
