This Talent Acquisition Specialist leads recruitment across assigned business units, from initial intake through onboarding. Working independently under talent leadership, the specialist collaborates with hiring managers on targeted sourcing, candidate journeys, and talent pipelines. The role supports staffing forecasts and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft compelling job postings and source candidates proactively
Screen applicants and facilitate structured interviews
Coordinate background verifications throughout recruitment
Advise leaders on staffing gaps and talent markets
Track pipeline metrics using applicant tracking systems
Requirements:
Three or more years of talent acquisition experience
Experience recruiting highly technical roles preferred
Proven sourcing and passive talent pipeline development
Innovative approaches to recruiting and attracting talent
CPHR designation considered a significant asset
