New Home Deficiency Finish Carpenter

Turn new homes toward possession with deficiency corrections, finish carpentry, and detailed touch-ups as a hands-on residential construction professional. Work directly on quality finishing tasks daily.
The role focuses on production finishing for new residential construction, including repairs, inspections, and final walkthrough preparation. It also includes general renovation work, maintenance, installations, and seasonal landscaping support. You will work primarily on the tools, identify deficiencies, and communicate progress or challenges to the Construction Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect completed work and identify finishing deficiencies
Correct repairs and touch-ups before final walkthroughs
Complete trim, baseboard, casing, door, and hardware work
Troubleshoot renovation and repair issues independently
Communicate concerns, progress, and challenges to management
Requirements:
Minimum three to four years residential construction experience
Direct new home production finishing experience strongly preferred
Well-rounded finish carpentry and renovation capabilities
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
Use your deficiency correction, finish carpentry, and renovation experience to help complete residential homes properly and professionally.
