As Program Specialist PVF, you will understand external commodity conditions and internal business requirements while managing category initiative execution. Your work supports product assortment strategy, promotional activity, planograms, vendor engagement, and branch operations. The position suits candidates with three to five years of relevant experience and advanced business analysis tools knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess success across individual programs and products
Review market conditions and internal business requirements
Work with marketing and branch operations on promotions
Coordinate product strategy through planogram execution
Identify opportunities for category and assortment improvement
Requirements:
Business, engineering, or related post-secondary education
Three to five years of relevant work experience
Strong communication across organizational levels
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration capabilities
Pipe, valve, fittings, or similar commodity experience is an asset
Use analytical judgment and stakeholder collaboration to support category initiatives, promotions, and assortment strategy within Wolseley Canada’s wholesale business.
