As Store Manager, you oversee holistic customer experience and commercial execution. You analyze sales and budgets, optimize results, and maintain standards across store operations. You lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and development while supporting collaboration with Area and store leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full store team toward excellent performance
Analyze sales and budgets, creating plans to optimize results
Maintain visual, commercial, and garment presentation standards
Ensure customer service, loyalty app, and sustainability initiatives
Manage opening, closing, maintenance, and administrative routines
Requirements:
Relevant experience working in a leadership position
Retail management and retail operations experience
Confidence coaching and developing teams
Effective communication and professional collaboration skills
Analytical problem-solving ability with numbers and statistics
