Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily culinary operations and kitchen organization
Lead the kitchen brigade and work alongside colleagues
Maintain recipes, portions, cooking, quality, and service standards
Plan special events and holiday functions
Control labor, purchasing, budgets, and inventory
Requirements:

Culinary education or on-the-job training
Independent restaurant experience preferred
Valid work authorization for Canada
Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
