The Hillman Group is seeking a Demand Planner I to ensure products are available to meet customer demand. This role owns customer forecasting within the planning system and works with Sales, Supply Chain, and S&OP teams to achieve fill rate, inventory, and service level objectives.
You will analyze customer demand trends, POS data, and sales forecasts to develop demand plans that drive purchasing decisions.
