This full-time, permanent position serves Canada and the United States through a typical Manitoba-Midwest USA-Ontario-Manitoba triangle run. The lane requires five days on the road, with average monthly distances of 10,000 to 12,000 miles. Training prepares mentees for open-board highway transportation and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate assigned Class 1 equipment on cross-border triangle runs
Drive between Manitoba, Ontario, and Midwest United States lanes
Remain on the road for five days at a time
Complete live loading and unloading events
Drive nights when required and depart weekends
Requirements:

Valid Class 1 Manitoba license
MELT certificate obtained within the last twelve months
FAST Card eligible with clean commercial abstract
One year of required Class 1 experience
Flexibility for weekend departures and night driving
Build cross-border driving experience through Arnold Bros. Transport Ltd.’s structured mentorship, triangle lanes, and Class 1 operations.
