Institutional Food Service Dietitian
Gordon Food Service
Support institutional food service with Gordon Food Service as a Dietitian, using nutrition expertise and customer consultations. Travel four days weekly to Ajax, Milton, or Amherst.
This Dietitian serves as a subject matter expert for healthcare, education, remote accommodation, and corrections customers. The position supports the Nutrition Resource Centre and GFS employees through tools, technology solutions, and food service guidance. Bilingual English and French communication is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult customers about food service operations and solutions
Develop and enhance Nutrition Resource Centre tools
Support regional sales pitches, bids, and food shows
Lead NetMenu demonstrations, training, and customer support
Prepare presentations on non-commercial food service topics
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Dietetics or related field
Registered Dietitian certification or license
Experience with recipe and menu management software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual English and French communication, written and spoken
