This Business Analyst role supports large-scale digital transformation engagements at ESI Technologies. You will gather stakeholder feedback, refine requirements, and assist discovery, planning, testing, and delivery. Scrum, collaboration, and continuous improvement are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather stakeholder feedback and refine business requirements
Support discovery, planning, delivery, and testing activities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and perform Scrum Master duties
Remove barriers and promote continuous improvement
Track project progress, outcomes, and operational priorities
Requirements:

Three or more years of relevant experience
Experience with Scrum and Domain-Driven Design
Knowledge of event-based architecture and microservices
Experience with .NET, Git, and Visual Studio
Familiarity with Azure services and automated testing
Apply Business Analyst expertise in Scrum, requirements, delivery, and collaboration across ESI Technologies’ digital transformation projects.
