MRO Buyer Maintenance Planner
Les Aliments DAINTY Foods Inc.
Support Dainty Foods’ Windsor facility through MRO purchasing and maintenance planning for rice milling and microwaveable pouch production.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the MRO Buyer coordinates maintenance activities while managing spare parts, tools, lubricants, and supplies. The position supports equipment reliability, downtime reduction, and safe, efficient production across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule preventive and predictive maintenance activities
Prepare work orders, job plans, and weekly schedules
Manage MRO purchasing and maintenance supplies
Maintain inventory levels, reorder points, and critical spares
Source suppliers, quotations, lead times, and savings
Requirements:
Experience in maintenance planning or industrial purchasing
Technical knowledge of industrial equipment components
Experience with spare parts and inventory control
Familiarity with CMMS, ERP, and Microsoft Office
Ability to interpret manuals, drawings, and specifications
Bring organized purchasing, inventory control, and maintenance planning expertise to Dainty Foods’ Windsor manufacturing operations.
