Lead a full-scope optometry practice in Tisdale, Saskatchewan, using advanced diagnostic technology and comprehensive clinical expertise. This is a full-time, on-site position.
FYidoctors Tisdale seeks a Lead Optometrist to oversee a thriving clinic with an immediate patient base. New graduates can receive mentorship from experienced FYidoctors Optometrists, while established doctors gain greater autonomy and leadership. The practice serves primary eye care, ocular disease, pediatrics, geriatrics, emergency care, and dry eye services. You will work alongside a Practice Coach and Optical Associate within FYidoctors’ doctor-led network.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full-scope optometry practice
Provide primary and specialty eye care
Manage ocular disease and emergency care
Serve pediatric and geriatric patients
Develop specialized dry eye services
Requirements:
Optometrist qualification
Interest in clinic leadership and autonomy
Clinical interest in comprehensive patient care
Willingness to participate in mentorship discussions
Availability for full-time, on-site practice
Shape patient care and clinic direction through optometry leadership, advanced technology, and FYidoctors professional support.
