Clinical Lead Nurse Practitioner Felix

Lead clinical onboarding at Felix through HCP recruitment, training, and chart reviews while supporting virtual care quality across Canada.
Felix seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to guide each new healthcare practitioner from interview through independent practice. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, you will work with the Lead NP, Assistant Medical Director, and clinical operations team. The role combines clinical oversight, training development, written feedback, and ongoing practitioner support.
Key Responsibilities:
Review resumes and conduct healthcare practitioner interviews
Deliver onboarding sessions and maintain training videos
Answer questions until new practitioners work independently
Track onboarding chart reviews through successful completion
Develop accurate medical hub and training materials
Requirements:
Active Ontario Nurse Practitioner registration in good standing
Eligibility to register in additional provinces as needed
Three or more years of clinical practice
Experience precepting, training, or mentoring clinicians
Strong documentation, chart quality, and written feedback skills
Bring virtual care oversight, organized onboarding, and clear clinical feedback to Felix’s growing practitioner network.
