As a Senior Credit and Collections Analyst, you will support a stable transportation industry accounting team. The role centers on prioritizing delinquent accounts, communicating payment expectations, resolving complex billing issues, and maintaining accurate records. You will also coordinate with internal stakeholders and support process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze aging reports and prioritize accounts by risk
Review payment schedules and escalate accounts needing attention
Resend invoices, statements, and supporting documentation
Investigate delayed payments and accessorial-charge concerns
Maintain collection notes, commitments, records, and reports
Requirements:

Three to five years in credit or accounts receivable
Knowledge of collection strategies and basic accounting principles
