Serve Simcoe clients as a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor using policy expertise and clear communication in a full-time, in-office setting.
This position manages an assigned portfolio for an independent Ontario brokerage. You will support home, auto, and recreational coverage while building strong client relationships and retention. The work includes renewals, quotes, recommendations, documentation, and coordination across insurer markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and service assigned personal lines policies
Handle inbound calls and pursue first-call resolution
Conduct renewal reviews and explain premium changes
Provide quotes and recommendations across multiple markets
Coordinate policy changes, cancellations, underwriting, and claims
Requirements:

Valid RIBO License
At least one year of personal lines servicing experience
Essential knowledge of insurer portals
Strong communication and client-friendly policy explanations
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working fully onsite
Use personal lines servicing, insurance knowledge, and client communication skills to support policyholders throughout Simcoe and Ontario.
